At Wrenode, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience for our international customers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Digital products or downloadable items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


2. Return Process

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • International shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Wrenode is not responsible for lost return shipments


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing time may vary


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Wrenode reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
